Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. We offer FREE returns for a store credit that you can you use within 1 year.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@creoswim.com for instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.



 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, a store credit will be processed within 10 working days which will be emailed to you with the full value of your order minus any discounts that have been applied to your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchange on sale items or gift cards, only size exchanges with the same item.
